Job summary

Blowology Dry Bar in San Francisco, CA is seeking a passionate Salon Floor Team Leader to guide a team of stylists in a fast-paced blowout-focused environment. You will help deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold our signature style across every service.

You will lead daily operations, coach staff, manage scheduling, ensure productivity, handle guest concerns, and support onboarding and development while keeping the floor clean and stocked.

Qualifications

• Valid California Cosmetology License required.
• 2+ years of experience in a salon or blowout bar environment.
• Prior team lead, supervisory, or mentorship experience preferred.
• Strong blowout and styling technique skills across all hair types.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Guest-focused mindset with a passion for delivering five-star service.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced salon setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the salon floor team during daily operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Provide hands-on coaching, mentorship, and real-time feedback to stylists and front desk staff.
• Monitor floor performance, manage scheduling flow, and optimize team productivity.
• Deliver professional blowout services and uphold Blowology's signature style standards.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve service issues with professionalism and care.
• Assist management with onboarding, training, and development of new team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked salon floor at all times.
