blowology dry bar seeks a strong, confident leader to oversee daily operations, drive team performance, and ensure every client experience meets our standards. As Salon Floor Leader, you will hire, train, and supervise staff, schedule shifts, maintain records, and promote our company.

This hands-on role will increase daily revenue, coach the team in real time, and help reach monthly goals. Fixed base pay $3,000 monthly plus 35% commission and bonuses totaling $4,000–$5,500 monthly.

Qualifications

• 5 years as a hairstylist.
• 3–5 years in a leadership or senior role.
• Managed or mentored other stylists.
• Experience in a fast or slow paced salon.
• Proven sales performance.
• Daily sales targets achieved.
• Strong upselling ability.
• Must target sales.
• Run daily huddles.
• Strong consultation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the salon.
• Hire, train, and supervise beauticians.
• Create employee schedules.
• Order products and maintain inventory.
