Sport Clips Haircuts is hiring a Coordinator to deliver an outstanding client experience and support daily store operations at our Rogers, AR location. This role is ideal for someone currently enrolled in cosmetology or barber school, or for licensed professionals looking to grow in the beauty industry.

You will greet clients, answer phones, process payments, and assist with scheduling while supporting front desk operations and retail. A friendly, organized team player attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in cosmetology or barber school OR hold an active cosmetology/barber license.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, professional, team-oriented attitude.
• Basic computer and social media skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming experience
• Answer phones and assist with scheduling and client questions
• Support front desk operations and process payments
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area
• Assist with retail sales and product recommendations
• Help with salon cleanliness, laundry, sanitation, and stocking
• Support local marketing and social media efforts
• Work closely with the salon team to keep operations running smoothly
