Job summary

Qualifications

• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Beauty Industry and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple situations.
• Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
• Problem-solving and organizational/planning skills.
• Strong leadership, with the ability to coach and mentor.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced setting.
• Lead by example, delivering a client-centric experience and meeting sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional, clean salon environment.
• Establish clear goals for team members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and assist with director functions.
• Help control top-line revenue and expenses.
• Maintain proper staffing to ensure productivity and customer service while controlling labor costs.
• Work nights and weekends and a 5-day workweek with ~35–45 hours per week.
