Palm Beach Tan - Johnson/Clarke, Inc. is hiring a Salon Director/Store Manager in Missouri. You’ll lead a busy team, drive daily sales, and deliver exceptional customer service in a vibrant environment.

This role combines leadership, sales, and operational responsibility to ensure a top-notch guest experience. The position offers base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities, with benefits for full-time staff and flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Hiring and Training your team of Beauty Consultants
• Ongoing team training
• Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products
• Ensuring that all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are met
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon
• Cash handling, opening/closing business
• Track goals and performance metrics

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent
• Leadership/Management experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
