Sport Clips Vancouver is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Salon Coordinator to join our team and help deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth salon operations. Qualifications

• Final months of beauty school with license in progress.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with a warm and welcoming attitude from the moment they walk in.
• Answer phone calls and address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including retail displays.
• Handle financial transactions, including cash handling and processing credit card payments.
• Assist in retail sales by providing product knowledge and recommendations to clients.
• Monitor and maintain salon inventory, placing orders for supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the salon team to ensure smooth flow from reception to cutting floor.
• Complete secondary responsibilities as assigned by the Store Manager (vacuuming, cleaning stations, stocking, etc.).
• Assist in marketing efforts, including local neighborhood marketing, social media updates and promotions.
• Participate in Sport Clips training.
