Salon Coordinator - Full Time - The Summit

Join us as a Salon Retail Coordinator at Belk. This role involves managing the front desk operations and providing exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Salon Manager, this nonexempt position requires a professional who can multitask and create a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

1. Client Sales and Service: Suggest retail products, upsell, promote services, handle customer complaints professionally, and promote the business outside the salon.
2. Telephone/Reception: Greet clients promptly, handle calls efficiently, manage appointments, process POS transactions, and encourage pre-bookings.
3. Salon and Personal Presentation: Maintain a clean, organized salon meeting regulations, adhere to dress code, and communicate effectively with management.
