Responsibilities:

1. Greeting guests and ensuring a smooth check-out experience.
2. Achieving salon sales goals: 1. Service sales, 2. Retail sales, 3. Gift card sales.
3. Maintaining new client gifts, intake forms, business cards, and service menus.
4. Opening and closing checklists before anyone clocks out, while holding service providers accountable for planning and tracking their days.
5. Handling inventory, maintaining budget guidelines, and restocking as needed.

Detailed training provided. Base pay at minimum wage; however, if social media skills are met, then a higher hourly wage is provided.
