Sport Clips is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Salon Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our salon. Key Responsibilities
  1. Greet clients with a warm and welcoming attitude, ensuring they have a positive experience from the moment they walk in.
  2. Answer phone calls and address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including retail displays.
  4. Handle financial transactions, including cash handling and processing credit card payments.
  5. Assist in retail sales by providing product knowledge and recommendations to clients.
  6. Monitor and maintain salon inventory, placing orders for supplies as needed.
  7. Collaborate with the salon team to ensure a smooth flow of operations from the reception area to the cutting floor.
  8. Complete secondary responsibilities as assigned by the Store Manager such as cleaning stations, stocking, and sanitation.
  9. Assist in marketing efforts, including local neighborhood marketing, social media updates, and promotions.
  10. Participate in Sport Clips training programs.
Qualifications
  1. Previous experience in customer service, reception, front desk, or salon coordination is preferred but not required.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  4. Proficiency in computer applications, Microsoft Office, and basic social media platforms.
  5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  6. A friendly and professional demeanor with a passion for the beauty industry.
