WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Associate for our Kyle, TX salon. Your expertise will be in providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, and scheduling clients. If you have a P.A.S.S.I.O.N for sales and providing outstanding Customer Service, we would love to hear from you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Increase membership and retail sales
• Greet guests and provide an excellent customer experience
• Schedule appointments in person or by phone/text
• Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and inviting environment

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 1+ years customer service or retail sales experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work at least one weekend day and evenings until 8:00pm
• Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!
