Job summary

Sport Clips Haircuts in the Concord area is seeking a part-time Coordinator to support daily salon operations, greet clients, manage front desk tasks, and assist with scheduling and payments. The role emphasizes delivering an outstanding client experience in a busy setting.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in cosmetology or barber school or hold an active license. Training is provided to develop the skills needed to progress toward becoming a hair stylist.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in cosmetology or barber school OR hold an active cosmetology/barber license.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, professional, team-oriented attitude.
• Basic computer and social media skills.

Sport Clips Haircuts in Kannapolis (near Target and Buffalo Wild Wings within the Afton Ridge Shopping Center) is hiring a Coordinator to help deliver an outstanding client experience and support the daily operations of our store.

This position is ideal for someone currently enrolled in cosmetology or barber school, or for licensed professionals looking to grow in the beauty industry. We train and prepare our Coordinators to become hair stylists once graduated.
