Job summary

The Lash Lounge is seeking a Salon Coordinator to join our award-winning, locally and woman-owned salon team in Austin. You’ll help deliver guest experiences and keep daily operations running smoothly in a luxury spa setting.

Compensation ranges from $14.00 to $16.00 per hour plus commissions and bonuses. Eligible employees receive medical and supplemental insurance, complimentary lash services, and discounts on retail. We offer ongoing training and a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

The Lash Lounge is a world-class destination for semi-permanent eyelash extensions. We offer a complete menu of services, including eyelash extensions, refills, threading and more. When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence.
