Are you interested in the beauty industry? Do you have a passion for applying hair treatments? We are looking for Salon Assistants who want to make an impact! We have both part-time and full-time roles available.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Assist Hairstylists and Hair Colorists by performing tasks such as:
   • Shampooing clients,
   • Applying and monitoring treatments,
   • Executing conditioning treatments.
2. Maintain cleanliness and standards at stations including:
   • Blow dry/self-serve stations,
   • Hairstylist stations,
   • Shampoo areas,
   • Dispensary areas,
   • Laundry and more.
3. Ensure safety and hygiene standards by keeping work areas clean and equipment sanitized.
4. Follow safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures before, during, and after services, ensuring compliance.
5. Be an active team member promoting teamwork and high client service standards throughout the salon and spa.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

1. Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
2. Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
3. Strong communication and organizational skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships.
6. Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods.
