SmartStyle Salon, located inside Walmart, is seeking a Hair Stylist Assistant Manager to lead and assist the salon team. You’ll provide exceptional guest service, perform services, and help manage daily operations.

This role requires a current cosmetology license, a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and comfort with administrative tasks and POS systems. We offer health, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
• Willing to lead and assist a salon manager.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Able to read, write and perform basic math.
