SMARTSTYLE SALON in Walmart is seeking a Hair Stylist Assistant Manager to lead a busy team, deliver exceptional guest service, and ensure quality consultations. You’ll work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and help manage day-to-day operations with professionalism.

This role rewards leadership with strong commissions—up to 50% in service commissions from Day 1—and hourly wages plus tips, plus bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by State regulations.
• Desire to lead and assist a salon manager.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Tech savvy and able to perform administrative tasks.
• Read, write, and perform basic math.
