Qualifications

• 1 year supervisory experience.

• Must stand/walk for long periods and lift 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Meets sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and coaching staff.
• Schedules and assigns employees; follows up on results.
• Controls expenses to achieve financial objectives.
• Ensures store complies with legal requirements.
• Assigns tasks to keep stores clean, stocked, organized, and customer-ready.
• Builds customer loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Fosters a positive, team-based environment.
• Resolves customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Analyzes daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Receives and securely handles all money; handles banking tasks.
