Responsibilities:

• Support the Salon Manager in overseeing daily salon operations, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of beauty professionals
• Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, including managing social media platforms
• Monitor salon performance and implement improvements
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
• Act as a liaison between the team and upper management
• Stay updated on industry trends and pursue professional growth

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience, including salon experience
• Cosmetology License preferred
• Management experience in the salon or beauty industry
• Experience managing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook)
