Salon Assistant Responsibilities

• Perform shampoo and conditioning treatments for milk + honey guests.
• Maintain laundry for the salon.
• Perform cleaning duties such as mopping, sweeping, dishes, cleaning the bathroom, and taking out the trash.
• Exemplify milk + honey’s Core Values in every interaction with guests and coworkers.
• Adhere to all Attendance and Punctuality policies.
• Present a polished and professional image at all times.
• Be able to lift up to 25lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.

Work Hours And Compensation

• Salon Assistants work a mixture of AM and PM shifts, including weekends and some holidays.
• Compensation starts at $15.
