For one of our clients, we are looking for a SalesPro Onboarding Specialist, remotely from United States.

As a SalesPro Onboarding Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering engaging training and ensuring customers seamlessly adopt and integrate software into their businesses. Your primary responsibility will be leading Zoom-based training sessions, guiding customers through software configurations, and managing onboarding projects. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address customer requests, create solutions, and drive customer success. This role provides an excellent opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while helping customers maximize the value of their software tools.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead Interactive Training: Conduct engaging Zoom sessions to help customers effectively utilize the software and ensure they are set up for success.
  • Project Management: Manage onboarding projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer expectations.
  • Customer Solution Development: Address customer requests and develop solutions that meet business needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure customer accounts are properly configured and meet business goals.
  • Issue Identification and Mitigation: Proactively identify and resolve potential issues during the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration.
  • Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in a client-facing role with web-based applications, customer service, or software implementation.
  • Skills: Strong project management, communication, organizational, and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Nice to Have: Experience in fast-paced startup environments and a strong ability to adapt to dynamic changes.
