Job Description

Entry level sales position capable of supporting the DIY business and achieving our sales and service objectives. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive systems, and basic parts knowledge. It involves sourcing from stores, hubs, PDQ, and external suppliers, and has in-depth knowledge of store inventory and maintenance processes. The position can be part‑time or full‑time. Fleet safety certification is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

Provide an excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
Achieve personal sales goals and help the store achieve its sales goals
Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
Maintain store product and operational standards
Responsible for inventory processes including truck put‑away, shoot‑outs, cycle counts, and back‑stock

Secondary Responsibilities

Store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot
General stocking including truck stocking and back stock
Safely deliver parts to customers as needed

What is a Store Driver?

Entry level store position capable of supporting delivery of parts to commercial customers. The role is responsible for delivering parts, picking and staging parts for customer orders, picking up returns and cores, dropping off weekly/monthly sales flyers, and daily collection of credit accounts. The position can be part‑time or full‑time and must be fleet safety certified.

Primary Responsibilities (Driver)

Physical Demands

Work Environment

The work environment is primarily inside but occasionally outside with exposure to weather. Tasks such as installing batteries and wiper blades involve exposure to moving mechanical parts, high precarious places, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock, explosives, and vibration. The noise level is usually moderate.
