Position Overview:

Salesperson: Entry-level sales position supporting the DIY business, with knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts, and inventory management. Can be part-time or full-time. Fleet safety certification preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service both in-store and via phone
• Meet personal and store sales goals
• Assist with DIY services such as battery installation, testing, and wiper replacements
• Maintain store standards and manage inventory processes

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Keep store clean and organized
• Stock shelves and manage back stock
• Deliver parts to customers as needed
