Job Description

Entry level sales position capable of supporting the DIY business and achieving our sales and service objectives. The role requires good knowledge of store systems, basic automotive and parts knowledge, and the ability to source supplies from stores, hubs, PDQ, and external suppliers. In-depth knowledge of store inventory and maintenance processes is expected. Position can be part-time or full-time. Fleet safety certification is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities for Salesperson

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal sales goals and help the store reach its sales targets
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Responsible for inventory processes including truck put‑away, shoot‑outs, cycle counts, and back stock

Secondary Responsibilities for Salesperson

• Maintain store cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, facings, dusting, parking lot)
• General stocking including truck stocking and back stock
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed

Store Driver

Entry‑level store position capable of supporting the delivery of parts to commercial customers. The role includes delivering parts, assisting with inventory processes, and may be part‑time or full‑time. Must be fleet safety certified.

Primary Responsibilities for Store Driver

• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
• Pick and stage parts for customer orders
• Pick up returns and cores
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers
• Daily collection of credit accounts

Secondary Responsibilities for Store Driver

• Maintain store cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, facings, dusting, parking lot)
• General stocking including truck stocking and back stock

Compensation Range

The good faith estimate for this role is between 15.95 USD and 16.95 USD per hour for a new team member. The rate offered depends on a number of factors, including geographic location, experience in retail, automotive knowledge, education, leadership roles, and other skillsets ideal for this position and shift differential (if applicable).
