Job Description

What is a Salesperson?

Entry level sales position supporting the DIY business, with responsibilities including store system knowledge, basic automotive and parts knowledge, sourcing from various locations, and inventory maintenance. Position can be part-time or full-time. Fleet safety certification is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service for DIY visits and phone inquiries
• Achieve personal sales goals and support store sales objectives
• Offer DIY services such as battery installation, testing, wiper installation, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Manage inventory processes including truck put-away, cycle counts, and back stock

Secondary Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot)
• Stocking tasks including truck stock and back stock management
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
