What is a Salesperson?

Entry level sales position supporting the DIY business, achieving sales and service objectives. Requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts, and basic sourcing abilities. In-depth knowledge of store inventory and maintenance processes. Position can be part-time or full-time. Fleet safety certification is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service for DIY visits and calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Offer DIY services such as battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including truck put-away, cycle counts, and back stock.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness.
• Stock shelves and trucks.
• Safely deliver parts to customers.
