What is a Salesperson?

Entry-level sales position supporting the DIY business with sales and service objectives. Requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive and parts knowledge, and the ability to source from various suppliers. Knowledge of store inventory and maintenance processes is essential. Position can be part-time or full-time. Fleet safety certification is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Provide excellent customer service for DIY customers via in-store visits and phone calls.
2. Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to store sales targets.
3. Offer DIY services such as battery installation, testing, and wiper installation.
4. Maintain store product displays and operational standards.
5. Handle inventory processes including truck put-away, cycle counts, and back stock.

Secondary Responsibilities

1. Maintain store cleanliness, including floors, bathrooms, and parking lot.
2. Stock shelves, trucks, and back stock.
