We are looking for an Entry‑Level Salesperson capable of supporting our DIY store to achieve sales and service objectives. The role requires familiarity with store systems, basic automotive system knowledge, and part knowledge. The Salesperson may be hired as full‑time or part‑time and fleet safety certification is preferred.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
- Achieve personal sales goal and help the store reach its sales targets.
- Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
- Maintain store product and operational standards.
- Manage inventory processes including truck put‑away, re‑shipment, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Maintain store cleanliness: floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot.
- General stocking including truck stocking and back stock.
- Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
Success Factors
- Basic driving and navigation ability.
- Proficiency with a delivery board system.
- Friendly communication skills.
- Ability to locate and stock parts.
- Knowledge of safety procedures.

- Work an assortment of days, evenings and weekends as needed.

Store Driver
An entry‑level store driver is responsible for delivering parts to commercial customers and assisting with task and inventory processes. This position can be part‑time or full‑time and requires fleet safety certification.
Primary Responsibilities
- Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
- Pick and stage parts for customer orders.
- Pick up returns and cores.
- Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers.
- Daily collection of credit accounts.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Maintain store cleanliness: floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot.
- General stocking including truck stocking and back stock.
Success Factors
- Basic driving and navigation ability.

Physical Demands
The role requires predominantly walking or standing. You will need to talk, hear, use hands and fingers to handle or feel, reach with arms, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl. Frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds. Visit required vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
Work is usually inside; however, you will occasionally work outside and be exposed to various weather conditions while performing tasks such as installing batteries and wiper blades. You may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, high or precarious places, toxic or caustic chemicals, electrical shock risk, explosives, and vibration. Noise level is usually moderate.
Compensation Range
$11.80 USD per hour – $12.54 USD per hour
