Advance Auto Parts is hiring motivated Salespersons and Store Drivers to support our DIY retail and commercial parts delivery operations. Both roles are available part time or full time and require fleet safety certification.

Salesperson

Entry level sales position capable of supporting the DIY business and achieving sales and service objectives. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive and parts knowledge, and the ability to source parts from stores, hubs, and external suppliers.

• Provide an excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help the store meet its sales targets.
• Perform DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, and related parts work.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including truck away, shoot outs, cycle counts, and back stock management.

• Maintain store cleanliness, including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, and parking lot.
• Perform general stocking, including truck stocking and back stock.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.

• Basic driving and navigation ability.

• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.

• Maintain store cleanliness, including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, and parking lot.
• Perform general stocking, including truck stocking and back stock.

• Basic driving and navigation ability.
• Ability to use delivery board system.
• Friendly communication skills.
• Ability to locate and stock parts.
• Safety knowledge and skills.
• Operating inventory systems (Back stock) and store equipment.
