Job Description

What is a Salesperson?

Entry-level sales position supporting the DIY business with sales and service objectives. Requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive and parts knowledge, and sourcing abilities from stores, hubs, PDQ, and external suppliers. Must have in-depth knowledge of store inventory and maintenance. Position can be part-time or full-time. Fleet safety certification is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service for DIY customers in-store and via phone
• Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to store sales targets
• Assist with DIY services such as battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product displays and operational standards
• Manage inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock

Secondary Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, and parking lot
• Stock shelves and back stock
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
