Job Description

What is a Salesperson?

Entry-level sales position supporting the DIY business, achieving sales and service objectives. Requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts, and basic sourcing abilities. Knowledge of inventory and maintenance processes is essential. Position can be part-time or full-time. Fleet safety certification is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service for DIY visits and calls
• Achieve personal sales goals and support store sales targets
• Perform DIY services like battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Manage inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness
• Stock shelves and back stock
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
