Job Description

What is a Salesperson?

Entry level sales position supporting the DIY business with goals for sales and service. Requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive and parts knowledge, and sourcing abilities from stores, hubs, PDQ, and external suppliers. Familiarity with store inventory and maintenance processes is essential. Position can be part-time or full-time. Fleet safety certification is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service for DIY visits and calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and support store sales objectives.
• Perform DIY services like battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Manage inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Ensure store cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot).
• Stocking including truck and back stock.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
