Job Description

What is a Salesperson?

Entry level sales position supporting the DIY business to achieve sales and service objectives. Requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts, and inventory processes. Can be part-time or full-time. Fleet safety certification is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service both in-store and via phone
• Meet personal and store sales goals
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation, testing, and wiper installs
• Maintain store standards and inventory processes

Secondary Responsibilities

• Keep store clean and organized
• Stock shelves and manage back stock
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed

Success Factors

• Basic driving and navigation skills
• Ability to use delivery and inventory systems
• Effective communication and safety knowledge

• Operate POS and diagnostic equipment

• Distribute sales flyers and collect payments
