Job Description

What is a Salesperson?

Entry-level sales position supporting the DIY business to achieve sales and service objectives. Requires good knowledge of store systems, basic automotive and parts knowledge, and the ability to source from various locations. In-depth knowledge of store inventory and maintenance processes. Position can be part-time or full-time. Fleet safety certification is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service for DIY visits and phone inquiries
• Achieve personal sales goals and assist in store sales objectives
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Handle inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot)
• Assist with stocking and inventory management
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
