Step One Automotive Group is seeking a results-driven Salesperson to greet customers, uncover needs, and guide them through vehicle selection and test drives. You will negotiate deals, handle financing handoffs, and ensure accurate paperwork for delivery and title processing.

Success comes from building long-term relationships, maintaining high CSI, and driving consistent gross profit and units sold through effective follow-up with leads and customers.

Apply today!WHY THIS ROLE EXISTSThe Salesperson exists to guide customers through one of the most significant purchases of their lives — buying a vehicle — while driving gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction across Step One Automotive Group's dealership locations.This role is the primary face of the dealership on the showroom floor and sales lot. Salespeople are responsible for the full customer journey: from initial greeting and needs discovery through vehicle selection, demonstration, negotiation, financing handoff, delivery, and long-term follow-up.This is a performance-driven position. Success is measured in gross profit, units sold, and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
