Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in San Diego, CA. The Salesperson will welcome clients, conduct needs-based consultations, and present fine jewelry, engagement rings, diamonds, and luxury watches in a professional, informed manner. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding clients through product options, explaining features and benefits, handling sales transactions, and maintaining accurate client records. The role also involves following up with clients, supporting custom design and special orders, coordinating with watch and jewelry service teams, and maintaining merchandised displays. The Salesperson will collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets, uphold brand standards, and contribute to an exceptional in-store experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in sales or gemology are beneficial.
