Job summary

Parish Tractor in Pensacola, FL is seeking a goal-driven Salesperson to join our growing team. Build strong relationships with customers, identify needs, and recommend Kubota equipment to drive sales and growth.

You will maintain accurate CRM records, meet or exceed sales targets, and contribute to a trusted Southeast dealership. We offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in meeting or exceeding sales goals, preferably in agriculture or construction equipment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Kubota equipment and applications is preferred.
