Job summary

Global Information Technology is seeking a Part-Time Salesforce Trainer to educate students on weekdays, weeknights, or weekends. Training will combine in-person and remote classroom delivery.

The ideal candidate holds Salesforce Admin and Developer certifications, has four years of related experience, and is skilled in adult learning principles, with strong presentation, verbal, and written communication.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Salesforce Administrator and Developer.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales, Marketing and Service Cloud Solutions.
• Experience in Classic and Lightning versions of Salesforce.
• Four years of related work experience.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and practices
• Learner-focused service orientation and commitment to quality in all aspects related to content delivery
• Ability to multitask effectively and possess excellent time management and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree and teaching experience a plus not required.

• Provide training via physical and remote classroom
• Conduct technical instruction using adult learning practices and procedures to engage the learners and ensure content is relevant to the targeted audience.
