Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, and integrations.
• Experience leading technical teams and delivering large Salesforce projects.
• Commercial experience implementing Agentforce solutions.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud and AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, development, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical direction and mentor Salesforce developers and project teams.
• Establish development standards, code reviews, and governance.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Hands-on development when required and ensure scalable architectures.
• Deliver Agentforce and Data Cloud implementations.
