Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Salesforce Technical Lead with 4+ years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of custom Salesforce applications and configurations across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Commerce Cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical implementation of Salesforce CRM solutions.
• Design and develop custom applications using Force.com, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Commerce Cloud to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and QA teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices in coding, security, and performance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
• Participate in client workshops, requirement gathering, and solution presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Salesforce development and configuration.
• Strong expertise in Force.com platform, Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Proven experience with Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
