You will lead cross-functional teams, align strategy with business goals, and advance cloud and on-premise solutions through modern SDLC practices.

The role emphasizes partnership with sponsors and business leaders, overseeing budgets, KPIs, and roadmap execution while promoting innovation and excellence across delivery hubs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• 15+ years in progressive technology leadership roles including experience leading a team and delivering global programs.
• 8-10 years on Salesforce Solutions and Delivery.
• 10+ years of experience in a software development environment within professional/financial services.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile/SCRUM/RUP).
• Experience in cloud applications delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT management, planning, architecture and design for enterprise-wide solutions and product portfolio.
• Governance for decision-making and financial accountability for solutions and value streams.
• Motivate delivery teams to use Agile development and promote excellence.
• Plan and lead product development stages, budgets, and schedules.
• Drive execution of strategy by aligning account teams and delivery hubs.
• Define KPIs to track value realization for technology investments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and innovations.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior business leaders and collaborate across teams.
• Define technical criteria and participate in product selection for architecture domains.
• Resolve technical approaches and ensure coherent system design.
• Manage vendor relationships and roadmaps for applications.
• Prepare annual strategy, budgets, and project schedules with global teams.
• Guide strategic direction for products/platforms.
• Maintain knowledge of designated products and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement of service quality, availability and performance.
