Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking a Salesforce Agentforce Technical Architect to lead architecture design and implementation of AI-powered Salesforce solutions from Edison, NJ. The role covers platform capable designs, governance, and secure integrations across multiple clouds.

You will drive presales support, define scalable architectures, and mentor teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements. A senior leadership presence is essential for delivery success.

Qualifications

• 10 years of Salesforce experience with 3 years in Architect or Lead Architect roles.
• Hands-on expertise in Salesforce Agentforce Einstein AI Prompt Builder and AI driven solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL and Salesforce Platform architecture.
• Experience designing solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Data Cloud.
• Deep understanding of Agentforce agents grounding, prompt templates, actions, AI governance and security controls.
• Strong integration architecture experience using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and middleware platforms.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations and digital transformation programs.
• Knowledge of DevOps processes and tools including Git, Copado, Gearset and Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Salesforce Agentforce implementations.
• Define Agentforce architecture including agents, topics, actions, prompts, instructions, guardrails and AI governance frameworks.
• Design scalable and secure solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud and Agentforce.
• Architect integrations between Salesforce external applications, AI services, APIs and enterprise systems.
• Establish best practices for prompt engineering, agent orchestration, grounding, observability and AI response validation.
• Provide technical leadership to developers, tech leads and project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews and technical design assessments.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce security, data privacy, compliance, scalability and performance standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners and enterprise architects to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Support presales activities, solution estimates, technical proposals and architectural roadmaps.

Job Title: Salesforce Technical Architect with Agentforce

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Technical Architect to lead the architecture design and implementation of AI-powered Salesforce solutions leveraging Agentforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI and Salesforce Platform capabilities. The ideal candidate will define scalable architecture, establish technical standards and drive the successful delivery of enterprise-grade Agentforce implementations across multiple Salesforce clouds and integrated ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities
