Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds
- Translate functional designs into detailed technical specifications and integration patterns
- Design and implement complex Case Management solutions using advanced automation
- Migrate legacy systems to modern Salesforce architecture while ensuring data integrity
- Make architectural decisions during the build phase while maintaining governance and alignment with enterprise standards
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years in a Technical Architect role
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect and System Architect (CTA strongly preferred)
- Expert-level experience in Service Cloud and Case Management implementations
- Strong integration architecture background with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions
- Proven experience leading Salesforce transformation projects valued at $1M+
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credential
- Experience with CPQ implementations and complex quoting workflows
- Knowledge of Salesforce Analytics/Tableau CRM for reporting and dashboard development
- Familiarity with telephony/CTI integrations within Salesforce
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare regulatory environment
