Job Description

• 10-14 years of overall IT experience, including but not limited to development and architecture experience
• 5-7 years of experience implementing CRM solutions with Salesforce and Service Cloud
• Experience implementing Salesforce.com in a large-scale, enterprise environment
• Integration experience within the Salesforce space (REST, SOAP, ESB)
• External website experience including content management systems, search, e-commerce and related technologies
• Proven track record of developing an organization and achieving results through others
• Ability to work within multiple work streams at one time
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate complex technical concepts
• Self-starter, highly motivated individual and team player who can adapt to changes in customer requirements quickly
