Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture seeks a Technical Architect to join our Service Cloud technical team. You will act as a customer-facing resource, helping design dashboards and dataflows using Salesforce Einstein Analytics and guiding best practices across dataflow, lenses and dashboards.

The role requires 5+ years on Salesforce, integrations with SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics, and ability to travel internationally. A strong CI/CD background and Salesforce Architect certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working on the Salesforce platform in a technical role.
• End-to-end project implementation including integrations with SAP, Oracle and MS Dynamics.
• Strong understanding of multi-tenant architecture and integration architecture.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD solutions.
• Familiarity with PaaS & IaaS platforms like Heroku, AWS and Azure.
• Hands-on development with Apex, Lightning Components and Visualforce.
• Full English proficiency and ability to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Discuss reporting needs with business users to design dashboards and reports for leadership and users.
• Review reporting requirements and translate into technical specs for dashboards.
• Provide insights to business and technical teams on best reporting approaches.
• Develop dataflows and lenses in Salesforce Einstein Analytics to meet business needs.
• Establish best practices and standards for dataflow, lenses, and dashboard development.
• Set operations and refresh standards aligned to a global data strategy.

We are looking for a Technical Architect to add to our very talented Service Cloud technical team! The Technical Architect will contribute as a customer-facing resource. We are building a best-in-class team and this role will have the opportunity to make significant contributions to our success by working with the rest of our talented team, exciting customers, and partnering closely with our AI Team!

YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Discuss reporting needs with business users to design dashboards and reports that will provide data visibility for leadership, business groups, and the general user population
• Review business reporting requirements and translate those requirements into technical reporting & dashboard specifications
• Provide insight to business users and technical team members regarding the best way to build reports and dashboards
• Develop dataflows and lenses in an existing Salesforce Einstein Analytics tool to support business requirements
• Establish best practices and standards for dataflow, lenses, and dashboard development and deployment
• Establish operations and refresh standards based on globally aligned data strategy

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years working on the Salesforce platform, specifically within a technical application
• End to end project implementation including integrations with other applications such as SAP, Oracle, and MS Dynamics
• Strong understanding of multi-tenant architecture and integration architecture
• Solid understanding of CI/CD solutions
• Solid understanding of PaaS & IaaS platforms such as Heroku, AWS, and Azure
• Hands-on development experience using Apex, Lightning Components and Visualforce
• Salesforce Architect Certifications (Application and System Architect)
• Full English proficiency
• Ability to travel internationally
