Job summary

TestingXperts seeks a SFDC Technical Lead in Memphis, TN to guide Salesforce implementation, integration, and BI initiatives. The role emphasizes Apex/Visualforce development, ERP/SOA integration, and efficient handling of multiple tickets while delivering robust Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience implementing, configuring, and customizing Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities

• Minimum 5 years’ experience implementing, configuring, and customizing Salesforce.com.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with relational databases.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications.
• Proficiency in Apex, triggers, and Visualforce pages (Sync/Async).
• Strong knowledge of Web services and XSD changes.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration modules: workflows, validation rules, security settings, time-based workflows, permission sets, territory management, approvals, page layouts, relationships, formula fields, roll-up summary fields.
• Force.com IDE development kit and ANT migration.
• Deliver BI solutions leveraging Salesforce Wave framework.
• Knowledge of JSON, PigQL, SAQL, ETL tools like Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica on Cloud.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tickets simultaneously.
• Proven ability to design and implement new processes and drive user adoption.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to work autonomously under deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• High attention to detail and customer focus.
• Strong desire to learn and work in a team environment.
• Knowledge of Salesforce in a B2B business.
