Ensisinfo Inc is seeking a talented Salesforce Technical Lead/Architect in Carmichael, CA to own complex Salesforce implementations, set technical strategy, and drive scalable solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. You will lead Omni Studio development, coach teams, and ensure best practices in governance and security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience.
• Deep expertise in Omni Studio (formerly Vlocity) — OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Proven experience across Salesforce Multi-Cloud environments (Sales, Service, Experience, or Industry Clouds).
• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Salesforce certifications required (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or OmniStudio Developer/Consultant)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and Salesforce deployment best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Lead Omni Studio development including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Serve as the technical lead on Salesforce implementation projects, guiding development teams and enforcing best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, architecture assessments, and ensure adherence to Salesforce governance and security standards.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
