Job summary

Jobtailor in Minnesota is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer/Lead to participate in development across multiple Salesforce platforms and to independently build and unit test components.

You will lead a development team, provide mentorship, design development patterns and best practices, and conduct product evaluations while aligning with enterprise architecture and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years building enterprise Salesforce apps.
• Expertise with Git branching and merging practices.
• Understanding Salesforce security model is required.
• Ability to design scalable async patterns in cloud apps.
• Proven coaching of senior and junior developers.
• At least 2 years in an Agile team environment.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Deep Salesforce data modeling across multiple clouds/products.
