Salesforce Tech Lead

Required Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience
• Hands‑on experience developing Salesforce 2nd generation unlocked packages, including package versioning, dependencies, and upgrade strategies.
• Proficient with SFDX CLI driven development workflows, using source driven development, scripting, and automation to support package‑based delivery.
• Deep experience with scratch org based development methodologies, including org shape management, iterative development, and validation in ephemeral environments.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce lightning Flows
• Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud and Field Service Lightning
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, user access, and governor limits
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third‑party systems
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD processes
• Coding skill using Salesforce recommended IDE like VSCode.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with global teams and overlapping US time zones
• Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Administrator, JavaScript Developer I and at least 3 Salesforce architect certifications.
