Job summary

Alithya is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to join our consulting practice in the United States. In this hands-on role, you’ll design, govern, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across diverse clients and industries, providing architectural leadership while remaining actively involved in solution design, development, integrations, and delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Technical Architect.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, SOQL, REST APIs, and CI/CD practices.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise Salesforce implementations from discovery through go‑live.
• Strong communication, client‑facing, and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives and Salesforce best practices.
• Lead client discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and technical discussions.
• Create and maintain architecture documentation, including solution designs, data models, integration designs, security frameworks, and process flows.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery through deployment and production support.
• Mentor developers and consultants, establish development standards, and participate in design and code reviews.
• Design and oversee integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events, event‑driven architectures, middleware solutions, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Support estimation, implementation planning, sprint activities, deployment planning, and technical issue resolution.
• Remain hands‑on with Salesforce declarative and programmatic development when needed, including Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and automation tools.
