Position: Investor Relations / Alternatives Investments

Type: FTE - Hybrid 3/2

A leading global investment firm is hiring a Salesforce Business Systems Manager to support its Private Investments and Investor Relations teams. The role involves driving end-to-end technology solutions—translating business needs into functional requirements, overseeing development, and leading deployment and adoption. Responsibilities include system planning, user acceptance testing, and ongoing application support. The Manager will serve as the key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, guiding the implementation of scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Salesforce (configuration, Flows, Process Builder, Apex) and strong knowledge of tools such as FIS DDX, Seismic, Cvent, Anduin, and Loopio. They will oversee CRM reporting and analytics using Salesforce Reports, Power BI, or Tableau, and work closely with integrations platforms like Workato, Mulesoft, or Boomi. Hands-on experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, Postman, and SQL is essential.

The role requires over 7 years of experience in business systems or technology management, preferably within private equity or financial services. Familiarity with Agile SDLC, offshore development teams, and exposure to AI tools for automation or analytics is a plus. Experience with investor relations technologies and alternative investment platforms is highly desirable.
