Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking an IT professional to design enhancements and new business applications within Salesforce and related platforms, translating business needs into technical specifications and collaborating with analysts and architects to deliver scalable solutions.

The role requires Salesforce Admin/Dev experience, knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and data analysis with SOQL/SQL, plus Agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years IT experience, or technical certification with 4 years IT experience, or 6 years IT experience.
• Knowledge of application configuration.
• Business or systems analyst experience with Salesforce Admin or Dev.
• Expertise in Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud.
• Strong data analysis using SOQL/SQL and related tools.
• Familiar with Copado and migration tooling for releases.
• Experience collaborating in a team to develop, deploy and support applications.
• Experience delivering software in an Agile environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
